"Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Die Lage ist einmalig. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt kann man den Big Ben sehen.
Das Frühstück ist für britische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut. Es gibt verschiedene Aufschnitte, Müsli, Obst und Toast/ eine Sorte Brötchen. Darüber hinaus natürlich auch typisch britische Gerichte.
Leider fehlt in den Zimmern eine Toilettenbürste. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Kritik "
