I was particularly impressed with all the staff - the reception desk staff, the breakfast and dinning room staff and the room service staff. They were all excellent and helpful. The room was a very good size - not the usual cupboard you get in London hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. SG

A really great hotel -- well-appointed common areas and rooms with great beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Location was also great -- while about a 7-10 minute walk from multiple Tube stations, its location within the Sergeants Inn provided a quiet oasis just off of bustling London streets. Staff was super-helpful and welcoming -- will definitely stay there again -- highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel!
Really beautiful hotel - I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. It will always be my go-to when booking a trip to London. The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The only thing I would suggest, and need to try to remember myself next time, is to see if there is a room available away from the lift. Both times I’ve stayed here, my room has been directly across from the lift so this can be noisy when people get out. It doesn’t disturb you through the night, and it wasn’t a problem I felt I needed to raise at the time, but next time I think I’d ask for a room further away just for that extra bit of comfort. Again, it isn’t like a cheap hotel where you are woken up through the night by drunk people coming and going, so you won’t be disturbed by it too much. Absolutely wonderful hotel!
