Nice hotel right near St Pauls
Great location. Refurbished rooms are very well designed, comfortable and spacious. Bit let down by some small maintenance issues (luke warm water and aircon not working). Really like the look and feel of the club lounge - a nice place to work and/or relax. Attentive and efficient service on check-in.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of 3 and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from transport links to London and major tourist attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process seamless and stress-free. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes, all at a reasonable price. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking to explore London while enjoying a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!

Do not have breakfast there
Reception staff polite and helpful, room was spacious and clean with decent shower ensuite to the room. Had to ask where breakfast was and there was no instruction in how to find the room. Water available by lift in dispenser with bottles available. Hotel is not set up for dealing with the guests for breakfast. Witnessed staff member being rude with a mum waiting to be seated as there were no tables. Several guest groups put in conference room as an over spill, with no hot food so you had to go back down a corridor. No tea spoons for tea/coffee, no brown sauce, no spoon to serve tomato sauce. Plates were not in a warmer so food went cold quick. Baked beens were large beans in a tomato watery juice, scrambled egg did not look cooked. Bacon was greasy. Coffee was bitter like it had been stewing.

My stay was pretty satisfactory. Personally I'm not a fan of self check-in, but the process was fairly smooth with personnel available to help promptly. There were no slippers in the room - which I always find disappointing - but they were brought to me promptly when I asked to the reception. The room was overall clean. The breakfast area is a level below the rest of the hotel: it is a sort of Cote space underground with average service.
