Have stayed here before and once again we has a fantastic stay. All the staff we had dealings with were very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. Our room was immaculate and well equiped. All the public areas were very clean. We will definately stay there again.

Unexpected Gem of a hotel.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to Liberty and surrounding shopping area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk away too, When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and helpful as too was the concierge when we needed to store our luggage early. Our superior king room was spacious with the most enormous and very comfortable bed and plenty of amenities in the (very clean) bathroom. I have to say I was prepared to be quite underwhelmed by the hotel as so often even the 5 stars don’t live up to expectation and often feel overused, with cramped bedrooms and mildly disinterested staff. This place however was a fab little find with a great bar and what looked like a lovely restaurant, which sadly we didn’t have time to try as we’d made a booking elsewhere. We would most certainly stay again as you’re 2 minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube but not on the main drag - it was perfect for our short stay made more so by the friendly team there.

Upon check in the front desk staff was amazing . Very friendly . We were offered free early check in and a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I am ever back in London

Disappointed that 2 of my team arrived at the hotel to be told 2 different reasons as to why they had to be relocated to a different hotel- 1 was due to a bio-hazard and the other plumbing! Don’t over book your hotel as this ruined a team event!! Also found that the key card mechanism didn’t work due to “battery” issues and had to get someone to let me in using a master key each time. TV did not work as not connected to any source. Shower leaked on the floor due to inadequate glass divider Poor poor experience- was using this as a trial for next stay in a few weeks but will not be staying here again

Pleasant hotel, sadly my lovely upgrade was spilt by feeling like I was in my bed in the Palladium with The Pretenders as live music is SO loud it spoilt my night and also AC coming on SO loud later on too, bath was tiny too and overall I had a terrible night which nothing offered for my inconvenience

Wonderful hotel in the Soho district
Wonderful hotel in the Soho district. Easy walk to lots of food and shopping. Very nice front desk staff. Due to our early arrival, they provided an early check-in as soon as the room was ready. Nice sized room and bathroom. Fun bar!

The location is excellent. It should not be a 5* and is more like a 4*. Rooms are in need of modernisation but clean and comfortable. Tea bags were not replaced on one of our days which was disappointing. I would expect a 5* rated property to supply biscuits. Did not eat at the property so unable to comment. The temperature of the swimming pool and sauna were way too cold and this is my only reason for rating the facilities as a 3*. Staff are friendly and professional.

Great hotel in soho. Easy walk to oxford circus and Carnaby street. Staff was great. Anthony made a great impression on us by helping us with different items with the hotel. Highly recommend.
