Good sized room and bathroom. Decent chair for each guest. Fridge. Pleasant toiletries. Felt comfortable walking back from tube alone after 11pm. No overhead light, & can't move floor lamp near table. Shower is over bath (too high for me to climb over). No socket near bed. Wifi is only free for 1st 24 hrs. No kitchen equipment, so actual cooking impossible. Unclear why receipt issued for card check shows additional deduction, when paid in full at time of booking. Visually impaired, and only saw "charge" when I got home and could use magnifier.

The staff were very pleasant, however I was very disappointed, The building is scruffy, the corridor carpets needed a clean. The room on first impression was very nice, small detail such as 'stains' in the room information folder. the voile curtains at the window were very discoloured and were in desperate need of a clean. The room was extremely hot, radiator turned off and window was open all night, unfortunately myself and my partner did not sleep at all. I don't usually write a review least of all a negative review but this trip was to celebrate my partners birthday and I am really disappointed I choose The Dolphin apartments, I choose due to the pool facilities we went to the pool for 5 mins and left as the pool was full of school children having swimming lessons. There are much better places to stay in London for better value - sorry the review is negative but I don't want others to be under a false impression when they book.

The place is very clean/fresh and definitely lives up to the expectations. Would recommend others to use the hotel. The only negative thing is that I chose the hotel partly as it is a VIP hotel, but they didn’t seem to be up to date with what it meant and there were upgrade options available when I checked online at the time of check in. Some hotels are really living up to the VIP cooperation with ebookers, others aren’t.

Large 2 bed apartment, with good communal amenities. Big pool with steam and sauna. Near tube station and about 15 mins walk to Westminster. Lots of bars and restaurants in between. Slow free internet

tolles Apartment-House

Pros: ruhige Lage
Das Apartment-House ist gut gelegen, in einer ruhigen Gegend, 5 Min. von der nächsten U-Bahn Station entfernt. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber und wurde täglich aufgeräumt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit bei jedem Kontakt und hat immer freundlich sowie rasch weitergeholfen.

Architektonisch interessante Anlage, erinnert in den Zimmern an Art Deco Gebäude in Miami. D man muss auch Abstriche machen z.b. zieht es durch die Fenster und sie Schirmen die Lautstärke nicht ab. Spülung der Toilette sehr schlecht, Warmwasser entweder nicht vorhanden oder auf einmal extrem heiß. Sonst aber ein riesiges und schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes 2 Raum Zimmer. Wahnsinn. Blick ging nach vorn zur St.George Kirche und square und auch zur schule ,wo es dann natürlich auch mittags ,wenn wir mit unserem Kind mittagsschlaf machen wollten, lauter wurde. War aber okay. Entfernung zum Bus 24 und Tube Victoria line War super. Restaurants gibt es Fußläufig leider nichts vernünftiges, das essen im Pub gallery ist sehr teuer und trotzdem nicht gut. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und das War auch absolut richtig.Klar gibt es da jeden Tag das gleiche, wie zu Hause in der Regel auch.wichtiger ist mir aber , dass es sich um hochwertige Produkte handet und dem War so. Immer frischer obstsalat(keine dose) ,Müsli,schokodrops, Schinken, Salami, 3 verschiedenene Käse, super leckere muffins, Croissants und ander kuchen in bäckerqualität und Brote. Säfte, Kaffee und Tee auch inkl.Es War immer ausreichend Personal da, welches auch sehr höflich und emsig am Arbeiten War. Wir mussten nie warten und das im einer Stark frequentierten Woche vor Ostern. Peinlich sind dann manchmAl Gäste z.b.aus Deutschland die lautstark das Personal runterputzten wg.Krümel.Adapter mitnehmen!

Appartements catastrophiques

Appartements sales, literie de 120 de large pr 2 personnes, petit déjeuner stricte minimum et chocolat chaud imbuvable, mal insonorisé, prix surfait pour l'état des appartements (on en a vu deux), je ne recommande absolument pas. N'ont pas voulu nous donner le petit déjeuner à l'emporter (malgré que c'était compris dans le prix) le jour de notre départ avec une fille de 3 ans qui avait faim. Service clientèle nul. Bref, nous avons été très déçus et mauvaise expérience. Jamais aller là-bas.
