The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are small, but the bed and linens are good. We booked a room with a king-size bed only to find out that a king-size bed in the UK is like a queen-size bed in the USA. The tube station is close to the hotel, and several dining options are nearby. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb, my room was appalling. It’s was clean but there was a fridge just in the middle of floor, a door handle was missing and the skirting boards look like thy had recent water damage. I used the swimming pool which was warm and clean, but the changing rooms were shocking dirty and in a state of disrepair. The breakfast was very average and the coffee was not great. They used powdered milk. The area around the hotel is brilliant but I would not stay there again.

Amazing from start to finish. Would highly recommend. All staff were excellent. Rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Great for a place to sleep and eat and great place to jump on tube or go to shops

Went out of their way to be helpful - back pain
They helped me to check out late as I had chronic pain in my back and also helped with my luggage. It was kind and much appreciated. They also relocated me from a room that had spilt coffee stains on the carpet with no hesitation. The staff are kindly and polite.
