Very friendly staff, especially Ahmed from the pool area very nice to meet him made us feel very welcome. Loved our room and the view, thanks for the upgrade much appreciated. There are several Park Plazas in this area so make sure you go to the correct one. Lower Marsh road has lovely restaurants, cafes a five minute walk. Great family run Italian restaurant, Cotto, a two minute walk. The only negative is the perfume smell in the lobby any one with asthma this is a bit strong.

Had a pleasant stay! Very helpful staff. Just one thing to point out water bottle policy was not clear whether it’s complimentary service or paid. Someone from reception called and said water bottles are not free.Something should be mentioned about this.

Perfect London base.
Weekend trip to London. Hotel is a perfect base. Very close to Lambeth North tube so easy access to central London. Locally there is a good pub across the street, close to Old Vic and Imperial War museum. South Bank and Southwark easy walking distance. Have used previously and will likely again.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was fab, decor was good however bathroom looked tired and water pressure in shower wasn’t good. Didn’t enjoy the walk there I would recommend getting the taxi there.

I’ve stayed there twice before, and the room I got this time was awful. For the price you pay and the location and luxury… the bathroom was not clean, and the shower water flooded the entrance carpet because it was simply overflowing. The bed sheets were showing stains, the floor was sticky near the couch area, middle way the room, the fridge was empty. It’s like it was forgotten… but I got it because it was the only thing left. Will likely not staying there again as it’s really not cheap to stay for a night and became a hit and miss then…

2 mins walk from underground so great location for site seeing. Hotel clean, bed comfortable and room quiet. Staff in bar and coffee shop were efficient and very pleasant. Only downside was price of room😌
