If I pay over £300 for a premium room I expect the room to have bedside tables/cupboards/lights. This room had none of these and no seat that could be used to sit and watch the TV. Very disappointing!

Relatively quiet property for being in a very busy area. Very nice amenities, Nespresso machine in the room, great water pressure in the showers, and a comfortable bed. Docked point for staff/service because when I was there, at midnight there was some kind of noise parade a couple streets over where cars were just parking and revving their engines for almost an hour. I tried calling front desk and concierge but there was no answer. Eventually I went down but the guys there just kinda shrugged like there was nothing to be done. No one would call the cops or anything, which I guess I can kinda understand but still, it was 100 times louder in the lobby. I had to go out there and yell at those people myself to make them stop because I couldn't sleep otherwise. Apparently this is something that happens every weekend in Marylebone.

I had a bad experience from the moment I entered the hotel. The receptionist seemed unwelcoming and initially tried to deny that breakfast was included in my reservation, even though I had paid for two rooms. The receptionist, who was of Lebanese origin, took a day and a half to realize that breakfast was indeed included. However, he continued to insist that the breakfast was not halal and suggested we eat outside. Adding to the negative experience, the air conditioner in our rooms broke down for three nights and unfortunately, it was not fixed promptly, nor were we offered alternative rooms. I believe this reflects poorly on the hotel's service and is a disappointing experience due to the behavior of the staff.

Nice hotel, but it seems that the management is not alive. One elevator out of 2 was out of service for the whole stay and there was no sign that they were going to fix it.
