Friendliness of staff, so near all major land marks , 15 mins either direction and you hand covered everything major you need to see. Rooms was amazing really good bedding and toiletries. Breakfast was brilliant. Im veggie and husband loves full breakfast , we was both very well catered for. Would well recommend to all

Hotel is located in city center and close to multiple attractions including several nice pubs, parks and Westminster Abbey. St James tube station very close. Checked in early with a helpful desk clerk that found us a room. Finding the room is like walking thru a maze along with finding the same exit door twice in a row.

The hotel is beautiful and clean but just not my style. I expected to be awed. We arrived after a long day and at 8pm none of the area restraunts/pubs were serving food and we really wanted authentic fish and chips being our 1st time in London and it was a layover. Instead we ate at the hotel restraunt which was very good but a Indian flavor which I like but wasnt what we expected.

I love staying at this hotel when we visit London. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for us. Currently, the hotel has a few projects under construction so only has one elevator working in the main lobby. The Minster One Bedroom Accessible Suite was very large and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.
