We enjoyed our stay—the staff weren’t very friendly, but they allowed us to check in a bit early which was appreciated. Location is fantastic and felt very safe. Great place to crash after a day of exploring the city! Walkable to Kings Cross station for easy access to Heathrow.

Trying to squeeze too much out of a reasonable little space. Staff wants to help but doesn’t understand that they need to explain little but important and unintuitive things such as the need to raise the handle in order to lock or unlock doors. And I was a bit put off by an overwhelmed front desk staffer who initially refused to hold on to our bags for the afternoon, saying something along the lines of "it's not my problem". When I said "So, you're just going to hang me out to dry" she said something along the lines that she would solve the problem. And she did end up taking the bags but it illustrates the problem. The space itself is really tiny, it works as a studio for 1 person but not two.

Location is excellent. A student housing like setup, but quiet area and convenient. Better to be on lower level as the stairs of 4 levels is very tough for anyone to carry luggage.

The property was fine and essentially good value. Not expensive. The room was small, but I had a room with a balcony and two sets of French doors opening to overlook the park, which was very nice and made the room feel larger. The bathroom is tiny. The sink smaller yet and they give you a very small bar of soap, perhaps to make the bathroom seem larger. There’s no elevator. In my building, there was always laundry collection piled up in the entry hall. Not great. There’s a 24 hour/ day person at the front desk and they were very accommodating. The neighborhood I would say is mid-level at best , and the options for dining in the immediate area were pretty limited in terms of quality. Major train and underground stations are nearby so getting around was easy. Overall, I recommended it as a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

The room was clean and fine for an overnight stay, but the bathroom was very 'compact'. My room was also at the top of three full flights of stairs on the top floor, and there are no lifts. I saw a few people struggling with heavy cases, so not ideal
