The Clermont Victoria Hotel is gorgeous and well maintained! It is convenient and walkable distance from major attractions such as the Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, and Big Ben. Also, the hotel is literally located above the Victoria station where you will find underground public trains, public buses, taxis, and hop on-hop off bus services. There is a cinema near by if you want to watch a movie. It’s called the Curzon. In addition, they have other entertainment near by including a bowling alley and karaoke lounge/bar for you to have a pleasant time. The rooms are soundproof. So, don’t worry you will have a marvelous resting night. The staff is very attentive and caring. They are there to assist in anything you need. The only thing I would have to say was challenging is getting inside the bathtub since it is high. However, they do have a bar for you to hold on to climb in there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Location is great, walkable distance to a lot of tourists spots and if you need to use public transport is onnthe perfect location for that with the buses right in front or the metro (tube) right behind the hotel and you can use a hall to take you from the hotel directly to the station ( you will need your room key to access). Overall a good comfortable stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in September. The location is excellent - convenient to both train and coach stations. However: - Although we found the staff pleasant and courteous, they were not helpful. Example, they watched us carry our 4 bags from street level to reception (several stairs with no ramp) and looked away rather than offer assistance. They did carry our bags to the street when we departed. - We were assigned a room on Floor 1 which is one level above reception and 1 1/2 levels or so above street level. It faced the street and was very noisy until very late in the evening and then again all day long. We also heard periodic noise from the room next door. - Our deluxe queen room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed, but the furnishings were not high quality - average at best. - The bathroom was quite dated and needed some tile work. The door had numerous chips and should be refinished. The heated towel bar did not work. This was our 5th or 6th visit to London in the past 10 or 12 years and was, by far, the worst hotel we have stayed at and the most expensive. We paid over 425 US$/night for what is at best a marginal hotel in a very good location. Terrible value, even when taking into consideration recent inflationary pressure. Not Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Clermont! The rooms are pretty small but very well appointed and cleaned thoroughly every day - the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better by Victoria station! I would not recommend the queen standard room to any more than 2 people (not suitable for families with children), but it is perfect for a couple who is spending most of their time exploring around London! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I would never stay at this hotel again. The room attendants did not throughly clean and the tub/shower was so high as if every guest was 6 foot tall or higher. The hotel needs more staff and a remodel. Some of the staff were also not friendly and I often felt like they did not want to interact with me.
