Pretty appalling behaviour. I had a diverted flight to Lyon, landed at 3.30am and booked a night. Came to the hotel and they said it was full and my check-in was not until 3pm so it was useless since I was leaving at noon. Did not use the room and refused me a refund even 1h after making the booking!

Perfect stay at Lyon airport.
Very short and convenient walk from Lyon France airport. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean and the view of the planes coming and going was interesting. I would stay here again.

This gorgeous hotel is right at the airport. No need for a shuttle because you can just walk to the terminals. The staff was very nice and allowed us to check in early. The lobby is very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable.
