Sale , mauvaises odeurs, mal ententenu autant extérieur qu intérieur. La chambre et la salle de bain sont vraiment pas top. La salle de bain sale et moisisures dedans jamais vu une salle de bain autant bas de gamme comme des mobi toil. Chambre tres petite et tres bas de gamme ! Heureusement on a bien dormi et pas eu mal au dos au réveil. Je ne reviendra pas et je ne réserverai plus dans ce genre d hôtel... si on peux appeller ça un hôtel. Seul point positif bien dormi et personnel super.

Nous sommes aux regrets de constater que notre chambre ainsi que le style de notre établissement n'est pas été à votre convenance. La taille de nos chambre et nos salle de bain sont standard rénovée en 2012 il est vrai, nous essayons toutefois de le maintenir au niveau. Nous sommes ravi que la literie vous a offert une bonne nuit et que notre personnel est également répondu à vos attentes. Notre chaîne propose des établissement allant de l'hôtel économique au 4 étoiles pouvant offrir à notre clientèle un éventail de choix et de qualité importante.Dans l'espoir d'avoir répondu au mieux à vos attentes, je vous prie d'agréer, Madame, nos salutations distinguées.

+ literie ok (bien dormi)... c'est le principal. - établissement qui mériterait une bonne rénovation - rideau de douche à moitié attaché - pas de place sur le parking - alors que je croyais avoir tout payé, une petite somme supplémentaire à débourser ...

J'ai pris bonne note de votre avis sur une rénovation nécessaire effectuée en 2012. pour ce qui est du petit supplément à payer sur place c'est la taxe de séjour, payable uniquement à l'arrivée. J'ai toutefois noté votre satisfaction concernant la literie et je vous en remercie. Veuillez agréer,mes salutations.

J étais là pour 5jours on m à obliger à payer chaque jour, nul ! Pas de rideau à la seul fenêtre obligé de vivre dans cette chambre avec la lumière j en suis parti le deuxième jour,ouf !!!

J'ai pris bonne note de votre commentaire sur la parking, nous sommes conscient que ce dernier ne suffit plus pour accueillir nos clients en forte période, mais nous n'avons à ce jour aucune solution pour agrandir la superficie d'accueil.
