Zentral - Im Bad Ameisen, Einrichtung wirkt sehr billig und so als würde es nicht lange halten. - 2x wurde fälschlicherweise mitten in der Nacht ein Feueralarm ausgelöst… Nie wieder!

Der Check-In verlief gar nicht gut. Empfang konnte kein einziges Wort Englisch sprechen. Wir sind auch mit dem Auto angereist, da wir gesehen haben, dass sie auch verfügbare Parkplätze haben. Bei der Ankunft hiess es sie hätten gar keinen Platz mehr und wir müssen selber schauen was wir nun mit unserem Auto machen.. Am nächsten Tag war das Personal schon viel besser.

Suffisant pour un bref séjour à Marseille. Le distributeur à boisson ne fonctionnait pas. Les chambres n'étaient pas très propres (fenêtre très sale, salle de bain mal nettoyée). Point positif: l'hôtel est bien située, à quelques minutes à pieds du vieux port et une station de métro.

Hotel décevant, manque de propreté: pas conseillé

Pros: Le personnel d'accueil.
Cons: La propreté sans hésitation et le petit déjeuner (dans une moindre mesure)
Location: Plein centre et assez sale, difficile d'accès. Bien situé pour les visites (le port à 10 min à pied). Mais nous n'étions pas là en touristes.
Nous avions réservé avec parking mais il n'avait pas été réservé! Or en plein centre ville de Marseille, c'est indispensable. Nous avons eu droit à un parking à l'extérieur de l'hôtel mais uniquement valable de 17.00 h à 10.00 h. Or nous ne partions qu'à midi donc allées et venues nécessaires pour déposer nos bagages, déposer la voiture, reprendre la voiture à 10.00 h et la mettre au parking de l'hôtel qui ne ressemble pas vraiment à un parking d'ailleurs et est très difficile d'accès. Les parties communes surtout n'étaient pas entretenues mais les chambres n'étaient pas beaucoup mieux: j'ai retrouvé dans la salle de bain un petit morceau de verre... Le petit déjeuner était assez élémentaire et annoncé sucré-salé mais n'offrait pas de fromage ni frais (ou alors sucré), ni en tranches. Heureusement que le personnel d'accueil fait de son mieux pour palier ces manques.
