Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten der Mitarbeiter
"Sehr schönes Hotel. Modern und sauber mit schönem Spabereich. Leider entspricht der Service und die Professionalität der Mitarbeiter nicht annähernd einem 4 Sterne-Standard. Der Check-In ist katastrophal. Nach Hinterlegung der Kaution ging es an die Bezahlung. Der Betrag wurde zweimal abgebucht aufgrund eines Fehlers des POS-Systems. Kann passieren. Allerdings glaubte man mir auch nach vorzeigen des Beleges kein Wort. Ich musste erst meine Bank und hotels.com einschalten um mein Geld wiederzubekommen! Nach der Bezahlung hieß es dann, dass meine Buchung gecancellt wurde! Obwohl bereits Zimmernummer zugewiesen wurde etc. Auch hier habe ich wieder gegenteilig bewiesen, dass ich eine aktive Buchung habe! Und dass doch bitte ein Manager sich der Sache annehmen solle. Ich wurde von der Dame jedoch nur vertröstet ich solle doch warten und sie schaut mal was sie machen kann. Sie hat dann erstmal 20 andere Leute eingecheckt und mich links liegen lassen. Ihr Lösungsvorschlag war dann eine Erstattung, sodass ich mir ein anderes Hotel suchen kann. Trotz Reservierung!! Eine Frechheit!! Nach 2 1/2 Stunden bewegte sich die Dame dann doch endlich mal zum Management und siehe da 5 Min. später wurde meine Reservierung bestätigt! Aber keine Entschuldigung nichts! Dank der inkompetenten Dame hatte ich nun also 3 Stunden verloren inkl. bereits bezahlter Touren die ich für den Nachmittag gebucht hatte. (Ich war nur einen Tag da auf der Durchreise) Danke dass ihr mir den Urlaun vermiest habt!"
