"Von Quest bin ich bisher immer positiv überrascht worden. Nicht in diesem Fall.
Die Rezeption war bei der Ankunft nicht besetzt, Infos zur Hinterlegung der Keycard wurden nicht kommuniziert. Man musste eine Nummer anrufen, woraufhin ein Mitarbeiter von extern kam, um zu sagen, er hätte die Keycard hinterlegt. Aber nicht angerufen, weil er die Nummer nicht kannte.
Das Appartement lag im Erdgeschoss. Direkt vor dem Balkon eine Baustelle.
Der Whirlpool im Zimmer durfte nicht benutzt werden.
Da kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort war, gab es auch keine Möglichkeit der Reklamation. "
