I agree with other travelers. The room is musty the pillows are very stinky. The shower had hair on the wall. The drawer to the cabinet didn’t stay closed so was just hanging open. The bed itself was bumpy. I am not sure why this hotel gets such positive reviews. I stayed 2 nights and will not be back.

They stay was awesome, from the time we pulled up in the car service the doormen greeted us out the car, took our luggage to the room, check-in was smooth no issue, the rooms were clean, everyone was helpful and kind. No noise in the hallways or outside. Greeted and treated with A-1 quality. I would recommend and I would stay again.
