Luxuszimmer gebucht, Basis Zimmer bekommen
"Beim Checkin wurde mir ein kleines Zimmer mit Fliesenboden zu gewiesen.
Ich hatte aber ein gehobenes Zimmer mit Holzfußboden im alten Stil dieser an sich schön Pousada gebucht und auch bezahlt. Es gab aber angeblich kein anderes Zimmer. Eine andere Lösung konnte nicht angeboten werden. "
