This hotel is great for a quick overnight stay. I had accidentally book this property for a one night stay during hurricane Helene. So, I was disappointed to discover there was no gym available. This was my faught for not double checking property before booking. With that be said, The hotel is fine. The room is a descent size and was very clean. We were in room 111. Here, I found the beds to be somewhat uncomfortable, but not the worst. The loby is small with dining area right there. That can get loud during busy times Breakfast was okay. Had pancakes, potatoes and bacon. It was good enough to fill up on before heading out for the day. I personally, wont stay here again, but its because of personal preferences and not because the hotel was bad in any way.

It's the second time that we stay at the Galleria Palms. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good, a lot of choices. Next time that we visit Orlando we will stay at the Galleria Palms again. The only negative thing about this hotel is that the parking lot is very dark.

Really good value. Didn’t have any issues with noise from other guests although our floor had plenty of people staying on it, breakfast was good enough, the bathroom very spacious and the beds really comfortable. In fact, we moved here after a week at a Disney hotel and the room was nicer. The air on wasn’t too loud - and definitely not set as cold as our Disney room. Storage facilities were also offered so there was nothing we were lacking. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

For the price of the hotel, you cannot go wrong. Breakfast was OK but the cleanliness of the rooms was more important. Easy access to Disney and the free parking is a perk too. I would stay again. We stayed three nights.

Loved the fact that the property had 24 hour coffee. Some of the appliances in the bathroom were not in the best condition even though the room was clean. Loved the flooring and furniture. However, there was a live cockroach found in the room which they immediately took care of. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Breakfast was okay. Usually not the high end type of hotel we would normally stay, but the staff was excellent.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Initially, I was unsure how it earned such high ratings on Expedia, but after staying for two days, it became clear. The room was clean and comfortable—while not the most spacious, it's great value for the price. The breakfast selection is solid, though the dining area is a bit small. One standout feature is a helpful display board showing traffic patterns during the morning rush. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond with genuine warmth and hospitality—it’s not just for show. Their sincerity left a lasting impression. Hotels like this deserve our support, and I would definitely stay here again.
