Overrated and underperformed
"Völlig überbewertet, mehrere Firmenevents (mit entsprechenden Gästen und Absperrungen), Kundenservice existiert nicht,
Zimmer weit weg vom Lift erbeten, direkt am Lift bekommen, es fehlten Bademäntel im Zimmer, mehrfach erbeten, Fön war eine Zumutung (s. Bilder)
Restaurants - meist fast Food Style, laut und kalt
Freundlichkeit der Angestellten: Fehlanzeige, Liegt wohl daran, dass bereits 15% Trinkgeld standardmäßig auf jeder Rechnung ist - ohne jegliche Anstrengung
AirCon kann nicht heizen - es waren 18 grad im Zimmer als wir ankamen.
