Ideal location

Budget but clean and tidy, attentive staff. Good location and great walks in the surrounding area. Close to train station for Paris. Good selection of restaurants in the area and would gladly stay here again.

Proche de Disneyland, accès facile de jour ou de nuit, personnel agréable. Par contre moquette au sol, avec quelques tâches, et lavabo de notre chambre sûrement tâché par une teinture, ou autre, nettoyé mais ça reste peu engageant... Le ménage est fait, mais on sent que l'hôtel n'est pas tout jeune. Literie confortable et propre. Douche assez petite, mais vu le prix, (45€/nuit un WE près de Mickey!!), on attendait pas un SPA non plus!! Petit dèj pris au Disney village donc pas d'avis sur le sujet. Parking gratuit, Wifi ok, assez calme.

A l'entrée dans la chambre une TRES forte odeur d'égout !! Je voulais fuir, mais je n'avais pas d'autre choix que de rester.

Hôtel a rénover absolument

Pros: rein
Cons: la propreté et l'isolation
Location: l'environnement est sympathique
J'ai réservé deux quand je suis arrivé une seule était disponible pour moi. Après un long moment l'agent d'accueil m'en trouve une deuxième. La chambre que j'occupe est correct mais une odeur de cigarette infecte empeste la chambre de plus la télé ne fonctionne pas ( chambre 117 ). Je demande à régler le problème on m'attribue une seconde chambre la propreté laisse franchement à désirer et les murs sont des papiers à cigarette on peut profiter allègrement des propos des chambres voisines. Bref a éviter absolument seul le prix est intéressant mais toujours trop cher pour un niveau de qualité aussi bas

Décevant

Pros: La situation proche des Parcs Disney.
Cons: La propreté, les odeurs .
Dés l'entrée dans cet hotel , une horrible odeur d'égout, à la réception, dans les escaliers,couloirs et surtout dans la chambre . Une lunette des toilettes cassée , un lit très mal fait , des oreillers en boules , moquette sale et tachée, des voisins extrement bruyants. C'est la 4eme fois que nous allons dans cet hotel , la 1er fois que nous sommes déçu .(Room 311).

Le meilleur bon plan pour Disneyland à pas cher !

Des draps propres, la télé, une ch'tite salle de bain pour la douche, l'essentiel est là ! Petit hôtel sans prétention, ce Balladin est l'un des hôtels pas chers les plus proches de Disneyland ! Vous êtes reçus avec le sourire et en cherchant un peu vous trouverez rapidement un code promo sur la toile pour réserver votre chambre à moins de 40 euros la nuit ! Que demander de plus pour passer quelques jours sur le parc à moins cher. Situé à environ 5 kilomètres, c'est vraiment le plan malin pour recharger les batteries moins cher ! Je me rends plusieurs fois par an dans cet hôtel (quand les finances le permettent) et pour ce prix là, ben j'en ai pour mon argent, alors sans hésitez, allez-y !

Bon plan pas cher pour Disneyland

Je me rends régulièrement dans cet hôtel. En fait, pour me rendre en séjour à Disneyland Paris pour pas cher, c'est le bon plan parfait. Alors, il s'agit d'un petit hôtel premier prix dans lequel vous ne vous attendez à rien de luxueux ! Et bien c'est le cas, mais l'essentiel est là ! un lit avec des draps propres, une salle de bain spartiate mais pour prendre sa douche ça suffit. Des serviettes en nombre suffisant, un lit tout à fait correct, une télé et le wifi ! Pour le prix, que demander de plus ! C'est pas Bysance, mais on en a pour son argent ! Mais n'oubliez pas, faites votre réservation sur internet mais avant cherchez une réduction, on en trouve toujours une et à vous la nuit pour deux à moins de 40 euros à quelques (5 environ) kilomètres de Disney ! Une rénovation de l'hotel ne serait pas du luxe, mais franchement, ça va et moins cher que ça aussi près du Resort, ben.... je vois pas et en plus ils sont sympas, alors n'hésitez pas !

Gute Lage für Disneyland, minimale Ausstattung

Die gute Lage des Hotels zwischen dem Flughafen Charles de Gaulle und dem Disneyland gelegen entschädigt für die minimalistische Ausstattung. Das Zimmer war so gross wie ein Kaninchenstall, die Grösse der Dusche reichte nicht, um sich darin zu drehen. Sauberkeit war ok, das Frühstück war auch ausreichend, die Bedienung war freundlich. Alles in allem ok, aber nicht für länger als eine oder max zwei Nächte
