We lost water during our stay. We got shuffled around the resort and then put in a much smaller room. We had to move all our stuff across the complex to a very small awkward room. Despite staying at the resort numerous times previously, When we try to seek alternative rooms we were told sorry your out of luck.

The resort doesn’t look anything like it did online I went with a group we were very upset that when we got there it looked like a motel literally the beds were very uncomfortable hard and the room smelled dirty socks outside my friends room they also lie & say they charge a 80 resort fee but when you get there the charge you 200 add dollars resort fee & claim you will get it backs it’s been over a week still haven’t gotten it back then they were trying to charge me for spa service that someone else in another room booked to my room didn’t send me any confirmation or contract for but was upset because I didn’t want it because the experience of the spa did look pleasing would not recommend
