It was a nice stay.. There was a couple minor issues with the room. The bathroom stunk like someone had just gone to the bathroom, There was a stain on one of the pillows and there was no ink in the pen on the desk.

I really enjoyed my stay here especially with the service. Everyone was nice and were safe drivers. Star made our short golf ride fun, and enjoyable at night! She was so kind and provided good information about the area as well as other staff members. It’s so beautiful here!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient, setting the tone for the entire visit. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a fantastic room, which made me feel like a VIP. The bellboys were extremely attentive, not only escorting me to my room but also giving me a brief tour of the property, which was a nice touch. The swimming pool was perfectly warm and inviting, and the hot tub was wonderfully toasty—ideal for relaxation. I loved the property so much that I ended up staying an additional night! It’s clear that the hotel is very well-maintained, with exceptional cleaning staff who kept everything spotless. When I had a small issue with the fridge not staying closed, I used a trash can to prop it, but to my surprise, maintenance arrived right away without me having to ask, fixing the problem promptly. The free parking was a bonus, and the hotel’s location was perfect—close enough to downtown for convenience but far enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough. I love staying here and can’t wait to return!

I liked how clean the room was. The gym was amazing. On site restaurant food was good. Very spacious room. The pools were perfect and the jacuzzi was huge. Dislikes were we were informed that we would receive a different room once the resort fixed the water break issue, but we never received an update nor a different room and the pool bar was closed, so you would have to go inside to order drinks. Other than that, the property was great.

Nice Stay

Very nice grounds with lots of plants with nice labels /descriptions. The main pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurants were decent (about what you'd expect) but convenient. We didn't need it, but they have shuttle service to Old Town, which is nice too. It was very quiet when we visited (week after New Years) so I can't comment on hiw they handle crowds. Would stay there again.

This is a great hotel. Lots of swimming poop and free shuttle service to trader Joe or the shopping mall. All staff were friendly.

This was a great getaway! The property was walkable but I would recommend a car if you want to dine somewhere other than the property. The grounds were kept nicely and rooms very clean. The property is a little dated but that didn’t take away from our great experience! The spa was very nice as well as the pool. We really didn’t have to leave the property but wanted to site see. The property is very close to picturesque areas and a nice drive up the mountains. I would highly recommend. And THANK YOU to the amazing staff!
