Inside, the inviting 1st floor interior comprises of a cosy sitting area for 4, a recently fitted new kitchen diner for 4, a double king-size master bedroom and 2 further bedrooms, both furnished with a pair of separate single beds. A modern fitted shower room and private laundry facilities complete the layout of the accessible retreat.

Outside, a sunny corner 35m2 balcony terrace provides a lovely alfresco space for day-night entertaining. A small, charming lower garden with gated entry and parking area for 1 car offers added convenience. Subject to availability, larger groups can easily rent ‘La Fresia’ and ‘Il Gladiolo’, which are situated in the same building.

Schöner Herbsturlaub
Wir haben mit der Familie (4 Kinder) eine schöne Woche in dem Appartement verbracht. Das Objekt ist ein altes Haus mit rustikalem Charme, guter Ausstattung, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern und einer schönen Dachterrasse. Toll ist auch due Nähe zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
