How hotels.com can rate this hotel a 4 star hotel is beyond me. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the single most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. We had communication with the hotel months in advance since we were bringing about 30 hotel guests for our wedding. In a hotel with 28 floors they had (depending on the day) 3-4 elevators working. None with AC. Which resulted in elevator rides up to 20 minutes and elevator wait times up to 30 minutes. They missed cleaning most days even when we reminded them. And when they ”cleaned” they just made the bed. We had room service plates on the table for days that none picked up. The AC was broken in our room. They promised every day to fix it or switch us, every day none of these happened. One day I waited in the room for 2 hours as they said maintenance was on the way. When I went to the front desk, asking why I was told to wait and nobody showed up, the manager said nobody would come since the maintenance was working on other things. The day before our wedding, they ”upgraded us” to a larger room with a somewhat functioning AC. But it had a carpet that smelled like urine and a fan in the bedroom that sounded like an elephant. We also asked both housekeeping AND front desk to make sure that the room was clean when we cane back for our wedding night. The room was not cleaned. The whole stay we got lies from all staff about everything and zero accountability for anything. Avoid this hotel

Would not recommend but there were a few positives

Positives first: Larissa at the front desk was awesome and super helpful and was able to get me into my room early--she is a superstar! The hotel location and the view from my room were great. The rooftop pool/bar view was stunning. But other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. Now the negatives: It definitely has not been updated in this century, and there is no soundproofing on the balcony door so ALL the noise comes in, even 20 floors up, even with earplugs and a white noise machine. They charge you for the little coffee pods that go in the in-room coffee maker which would be free at any other hotel where you pay hundreds of dollars per night. There was no water for several hours, then my toilet wouldn't stop flushing and it took them nearly an hour to fix it. There was not consistent hot or even warm water for showering. There was a roach in my room. It was relatively clean, but the floor carpets were very stained. It was like paying $300/night for a roadside motel.

I stayed in room 711. This room needs some minor PM work but the patio divider made it worth it. The room layout was fantastic and after we figured out how to set the water temperature on the walls next to the sink the showers were awesome. This isn't a USA 5 star hotel but still very nice. It just needs some TLC.

The AC was not cooling the room, had a clogged shower...and cheap twin beds, my kids and I woke up with back pain the next day. I called the manager few times to send someone to fix the AC and shower and he never did. I told the front desk to change me to another room and they did not.

The hotel witch looks nice and shining from outside when you get inside the room was so outdated and poor and noise all over the place such a disappointment from hotel that should be in higher level

We waited in the check-in line for 2 hours. Received the room and as soon as we turned on the AC, it’s started leaking. We called the main lobby and waited for an hour, nobody came. We called again and waited, nobody came so we left to enjoy our day. Someone came in while we left to clean up the puddle but the leaking and puddle persisted until day 4 of our stay. There was a large puddle in the middle of the walkway and they did not seem to care. On top of that, the room service food is worse than freezer food and is super expensive. Location is good. Also not a place to stay if you are looking to relax at the rooftop pool, kids are splashing and screaming all day.
