Hotel was nice and clean. The TV can be upgraded, but overall great place. The surrounding area is skechy with dark gated property next to the hotel, homeless people and urine smell on the streets. Instead of walking we decided to use taxies.

Our stay was good. Staff was fluent in english and spanish. One only problem: breakfast was awful, variety was ok, everything was the cheapest quality you can get before it becomes rotten.

Parking availability stated in the offering, and when arrival big sign for parking. But informed "under construction" , recommended another one in Tirso 14, which was full and really hard time to find a space. Bad start !!

A wonderful, friendly hotel with good access to busses and very close to the park. It's a very quiet neighborhood, with lots of supporting businesses like laundromats, grocery stores and places to eat. An extremely good value for the price.
