The location was great! Property is nice for an older building. The years of use are starting to show and furniture, paint, and floor wall molding needs to be replaced or repaired.

The property is ultra convenient being near the Collosseum and Roman Forum. The metro right next door makes other sites very convenient though walking to Trevor Fountain and other places opened up Rome. The hosts were very proactive, considerate and helpful. A great location and great hosts.

The only place I will stay when visiting Rome!
My spouse and I were visiting Italy for a wedding and wanted to make the most of our trip so we thought it would be memorable to stay at a B&B with a beautiful view of the Colosseum. The reviews were good for Colosseo Panaramic, but with this being our first time in Italy I was a little nervous about staying in a B&B versus an actual hotel. But the price was amazing, the location was amazing and the view seemed to be amazing from the pictures I saw online. I reached out to Claudia (the owner) via email thru hotels.com about a week before we were set to leave and with so many last minute details I didn't realize that we were about two days out and I still hadn't heard back from her to get the code for the door, so I reached out via Whatsapp. That was where I had success in communication. I was honestly getting a little nervouse because all of the reviews said she had such great and fast communication so I thought I got swindled lol, but it turns out the she too was on holiday and so her response time was a little delayed. She was very responsive, professional and eager to assist with transportation from the airport (if needed) and willing to meet in person upon arrival. Now about the property...the view...is breathtaking! The room we got was a partial view so when you opened the shutters you just had to take a peak out, but you got to see the most beautiful view of the Colosseum. The room was very clean and very spacious. The location is great also! So happy I chose Claudia!

This is the second time that we are staying at this location. The Colosseum is right there in front of the hotel. The best location ever. Metro a few minutes walking distance. 5 stars

Extremely friendly, welcoming and clean apartments in a lovely old building. I stayed here in March 2024. As I was checking in after 9pm check-in was done via WhatsApp with step-by-step videos as the Reception is not manned 24/7. I was a little concerned as I was travelling alone and this setup was different for me, but I needn't have worried as all the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The room was cleaner than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in with a beautiful side view across the Colosseum and Forum and a very comfy bed. I never met the owners (Claudia checked I was ok via WhatsApp throughout my stay) but I saw the Housekeeper in the mornings and he was always friendly and asking if everything was ok. I had a small issue with something nor quite working which he got fixed straightway which I never got to thank him for. The apartments are situated in an apartment block next to the Colosseum so there is street noise and noise from other apartments. This wasn't really an issue for me, but take ear plugs if a light sleeper. I had a wonderful stay in Rome and at the Colosseo Panoramic Rooms and was sad to say goodbye. I hope to return very soon to explore more of the wonderful eternal city. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At the absolute center of everything with the Colosseum right at the front door and the Metro just two or three minutes down the road. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants. Claudia was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

it seemed like a great location by the colosseum and all but there was a LOT of noise from all the visitors. it was very hot and the AC did not work a well as we are used to the the states. the person working at the counter wanted us to pay for the city tax with cash and not a card?

This was perfect for our first trip to Rome. The hotel kindly arranged transport from the airport. The quaint hotel is perfectly located. Right across the street from the Colosseum. Open the shutters for an AMAZING view of Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill. The Metro stop is right there as well. Dining options are abundant. The owners/ staff are welcoming and respond quickly to communication (no one stays on site). The room was very nice. Double bed. Nice shower/ bathroom. Clean. Well-maintained. I would highly recommend, and I would stay here again!

Amazing location with view of the Colosseo. We had a very spacious room with a convenient lift to bring our luggage to our room. Property is accessible from train station & 2 short stops on the metro. Many restaurants located steps away from property. The host even arranged taxi service to pick up/drop off to the airport.

What an amazing stay…our room was amazing! The view out the window is absolutely stunning. Roberto welcomed us upon our arrival & stepped us through everything we needed to know. When we had questions afterwards, Claudia was quick to respond. We were extremely happy that we booked here & would highly recommend staying here.
