The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and the staff is lovely and very accommodating. The area is relatively quiet during the day but totally livens up in the evenings. Location is fantastic. Definitely would recommend Only caveat is there is no elevator if you have any mobility issues.

Appreciated the service and the attention from staff. The property was an apartment with two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom, at the third floor of a building in the very center of Rome. Coffee, snacks , toiletries were provided. Cleaning was done every day. Extremely close to amenities ( Piazza Navona, Senato, San Luigi dei Francesi, Pantheon and small walk from Ara Pacis Augustae. Surrounded by restaurants… very good value for the money.

Location is very good with a lot of restaurant close and easy to find. the AC was the best one we had on a whole 2 and half week trip around Italy. Rosa was lovely and very helpful and everyday the mini bar was restocked with free drinks and snacks! It does not bother us but just be aware that it is in a touristy area so at night is a little loud.

The hallway and stairs were so dirty. Dingy entrance. No elevator which I get since the building is old but no one to help bring the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Shower door and ceiling had mold. The good was rooms were clean, they stocked the refrigerator with water, another other drinks and snacks each day, clean towels and made bed daily. Nice little kitchen setup.

It needs a refurbishment. The walls, doors and the apartment in general. It is clean and the service is very good. But we didn’t like the conditions and it is very noisy at night.

Centrico Lugar con Formidable Atención
Navona Tower es muy bien ubicada, a 15 - 20 min máximo caminando a las distintas atracciones de Roma, incluyendo el Vaticano, el Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, entre otros y muy buenos restaurantes. La atención de Lia fue excepcional, siempre atenta y muy colaboradora, brindando sugerencias de lugares a visitar y apoyando con la reserva de traslados al aeropuerto.

PROS: 1. Staff extremely responsive and helpful (A ). 2. Location A - easy to walk everywhere. 3. Water pressure/temp consistency in shower was best we had during two weeks in Italy. 4. Storage in bathroom was set up very well for family of 4. 5. Restocked water daily. CONS: 1. AC was non-existent (we are used to different standard in Europe vs US, but even by European standards it was poor). Staff brought us fans, but it was not the same as AC. We selected room in part due to this amenity. This had a big effect on how well we rested during this portion of our vacation. 2. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Shower stall is small, but typical for Italy.

A perfect place in the heart of Rome.
Location, location, location. We have stayed here before and did not regret coming back. Perfect place to explore Rome. Simple, but clean and friendly. Make sure you are comfortable climbing a few flights of stairs before you book. The neighborhood is a perfect mix of locals and tourists.
