Stayed 4 nights in Rome and it was the most amazing experience. The hotel is situated in Via Del Corso right in the heart of the city. I never once used a taxi in my 4 nights in Rome as everything was in walking distance. I unfortunately ran into a few WiFi issues on my phone, so I couldn't use Google maps but the staff at the hotel were always so helpful and told me where I needed to be using their own maps. I would spent my entire day out would always come back to the room looking emaculate. The breakfast was amazing also with so many different options and varieties. My last day I wanted to tour the city and sadly my check out time was earlier then my flight but the staff were kind enough to allow me to leave my stuff with them while I toured the city. An amazing experience with the best people. I cannot reccomend this hotel enough.

The hotel was very clean and nice. We did wish the front desk were staffed for more hours but it was fine. The hotel is in a nice building and a good area very near a taxi stand so that was terrific. Taxis in Rome can be an issue and they can't just stop anywhere they want so with all of our luggage the taxi stand being nearby was very helpful. For being a busy area with all of the shopping nearby it was very quiet at night so that was lovely. Air conditioning worked. We did have to ask for towels and toilet tissue but that's being particular. All in all a lovely place to stay. Note that even though they have an elevator you still have to navigate a few stairs to get to it and it is very small. The bench in the elevator folds up to provide more space though.

Had issue reaching 24/7 concierge for an emergency. Left key in room and were unable to get in at 11:00PM took almost two hours for a response. This could have been avoided however if something more serious occurred there is no one to reach.

Great Location. 30-minute walk to the Coliseum and to the Vatican. Only a limited number of rooms so no full-service reception (limited hours of operation) but we got clear and responsive emails which allowed for alternate access to the property when the reception is closed. Marvelous breakfast with home baked cakes, croissants etc.

Nice Stay
Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room was clean and location was very close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Taxi accessible from across the street however we chose to walk to most places. The room was a bit dark but I don’t think there anything you could do about it.

It is an excellent clean hotel! It is in the centre of Rome. Everything was clean and well-stocked. The location is amazing, in the heart of Rome! Easy walk to most of the attractions, the taxi piazza is 1 minute away, almost 5 minutes away from the piazza de Spagnia. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. There is even a lift.

The checking was nice we were greeted by Danny he took us to our room and explain everything to us . The room was spacious clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly in the morning sammy was there and he was happy to help us with any questions.also samanta was communicating with me through emails was very professional.The location is perfect .our stay was great and will definitely come back

A great hotel in a great location. The place was a bit small but for a shorter stay with two people, it was fine. The overall cleanliness and finish was good. Ultimately for a more value-focused hotel it delivers as expected. My one main point of criticism was that the entry process was not very clear, you are entering via a shared door to the building. It was taking us a bit of time to figure out how we should be getting in, while I knew where to go, I did not know how exactly to enter. The entry process needs to be made much more clear, it was only made easier by some other person opening the door when exiting (not a hotel staff member). Overall I can recommend this hotel, it's nice to have included services of cleaning and breakfast with very friendly staff. The location is perfect for a tourist visiting Rome and wanting to be able to walk around and remain central.
