We enjoyed our time and found the staff to be most helpful and kind. The room was a decent size and the bathroom spacious enough with good water pressure. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. It was buffet style. On our way from the terminal station to the hotel on a crowded bus , 2 stops from the hotel I was pickpocketed by a clever woman. Without credit cards was upsetting but the staff at the hotel were particularly kind and allowed me to use their phone etc to cancel credit cards.

The Garden rooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly and professional Note there is a night club across the street so it was noisy several times through the night. The complimentary procesco was a lovely surprise and we enjoyed sitting in the garden sipping and visiting with other guests. We would stay here again

The staff were unparalleled in their genuine pleasant and helpful attitudes. They were helpful in every way imaginable and super friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room amenities were nice. We were locked out of our room because our room had no power. We found out that this was an ongoing problem with this room. This occurred at night so nobody was at the desk. We finally were able to contact the emergency number who helped us get into the room but would not send someone to fix the power in the room. We stayed in complete darkness until the morning.

We only stayed for one night before our flight back home but this hotel was a great stay! Perfectly located next to the bus stop so you can get to the main train stations very easily. There were alot of amazing restaurants around and it was also walkable to the main trastevere area. Also the staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean and had everything you would need. I would definetely reccomend and stay here again when I'm back.
