We were locked out of our room because our room had no power. We found out that this was an ongoing problem with this room. This occurred at night so nobody was at the desk. We finally were able to contact the emergency number who helped us get into the room but would not send someone to fix the power in the room. We stayed in complete darkness until the morning.

We only stayed for one night before our flight back home but this hotel was a great stay! Perfectly located next to the bus stop so you can get to the main train stations very easily. There were alot of amazing restaurants around and it was also walkable to the main trastevere area. Also the staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms were very clean and had everything you would need. I would definetely reccomend and stay here again when I'm back.

It was a very clean and nice place. A good, central location. When I booked online it showed outdoor patio and that kind of vibe. But when we arrived and checked in, our room was outside that area in a different building, next door, and felt a bit enclosed in. So that was definitely unexpected. I preferred to be in a room that led me the outdoor vibe patio, rather then a separate building. if I wanted to get hold of the front desk i would have to leave that location and go next door. Overall staff are accommodating and friendly, and Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room was very comfortable. And the place is charming. Very good breakfast. I would highly recommend. The only comment is that there is too much light inside the room (emergency sign.,etc). It would be better to have this beautiful room without those distractions.

Relais La Clarisse and the staff made our trip to Italy like staying with family! Great location, easy to get to most sights via walking (bus service not too reliable), or taxi. Great breakfast every morning and wonderful advice. Antonio and Beatriz were so pleasant and we had some great conversations, Giancarlo and Cecilia were also wonderful. Flea market just outside the door provided some easy shopping for both thrift and new clothing. Trastevere is a lively area with so many dining options, hope to return here one day!
