Friendly staff, especially Lavinia. Some street noise as expected, the guests all quiet at night. Good (included) breakfast on the rooftop, the fruit was delicious. Many nearby restaurants and walkable to most attractions.

Was nice hotel with kind staff. Breakfast on the roof was fantastic each day! Check in can be a little confusing after hours if you don’t have wifi. Room was cleaned nicely each day. Staff were helpful with any questions. Beds were good quality but very firm if you prefer a soft mattress

The property was absolutely amazing, the building had a charm to it that I just can’t put into words. The breakfast was simple yet so filling and satisfying, their fruit was always on point. I still crave it to this day. The hostess was beyond helpful, she gave us great recommendations on dining, things to do and as first time visitors she gave us little tips to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were very cozy and enjoyable, the water pressure in the shower after walking out all day was just heavenly and out of this world. Plenary of dining options within walking distance, even the major attractions were walking distance, we had no trouble making the walk to the Vatican museum and the colosseum. Me and my wife will definitely be back here on our next trip, we highly highly recommended this establishment.

The property and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location is terrific, just a short walk to Piazza Navona and Via Del Corso but quiet in the evenings. Breakfasts on the rooftop were wonderful, with a nice selection and the breakfast guy was very friendly every morning.

The location is great! It is very convenient to many of tourists attractions but a quiet section of Rome. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. It was a pleasant stay but definitely not a traditional hotel. It is a guesthouse which is a cross between a bed and breakfast and an air b&b. The front desk is staffed up until 8:00 PM. So, if you're someone that requires 24/7 staff this not the hotel for you.

Lovely place. On the top floor, I mainly walked the stairs as I found the lift a bit scary being so small! But I think great to have a modern lift in one of the old Rome buildings. Staff super helpful, breakfast lovely. Room very clean and spacious. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything.
