Sheets and couch were stained, shower was dirty, dust bunnies everywhere, laminate wood flooring had big gaps and was pulling apart, and the overall vibe was very suspect. I wouldn't recommend but it is technically a hotel.

Easily accessible from the train station. Can get noisy at night but the amenities were good, great dining options locally and transport links into town are convenient too. Everything is easily walkable from this location (Spanish steps were 15 mins and Vittoriana is 25 mins max) Restaurants worth eating at are Tosca, Osteria il Reposto, and La Cucina Nazionale. The decor at the hotel is a little tired and dated, but generally well kept. The room was comfortable for a family of 3 (we have an 11-yr-old) but older children would likely require more space/privacy. Overall a convenient and comfortable base for a short stay in Rome.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful, but the property could benefit from a remodel as there was a noticeable odor that made me feel like the place was dirty. While the price was reasonable, the location isn't ideal for those wanting to be close to tourist attractions. Overall, it served its purpose, but I likely wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Get what you pay for, basic but perfect for a few days exploring Rome! Staff were helpful, cleaners every day, central to transport and many locations within a 20-30 minute walk! Good stay :)
