Parfait !

"Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses nuits dans cette structure entourée de verdure. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel qui était toujours disponible pour satisfaire nos demandes et organiser nos activités et excursions. La chambre était propre, lumineuse, confortable, silencieuse et avec une belle salle de bain. Le centre touristique est à 3 minutes de voiture ou 15 minutes à pieds depuis l'hôtel qui reste bien placé pour visiter la zone de Monteverde. L'hôtel propose un excellent petit déjeuner servi a table, un grand parking et un service de réservation d'activités avec prise en charge directement à la réception de l'hôtel."

"Nachdem wir viele negative Erfahrungsberichte gelesen haben, hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt beinahe storniert. Wir sind froh, dass wir das nicht gemacht haben. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Positiv: - Die Anlage mit den Pools ist sehr schön. Die Pools waren super warm. - Trotz vielen Leuten fanden wir etwas abseits vom Pool Liegen für die ganze Familie - Wir erhielten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer. Es ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. - Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war gut und die Tische wurden ziemlich rasch abgeräumt. Negativ: - Es werden eindeutig zu viele Tagesgäste akzeptiert. Offenbar wird damit viel Geld verdient. Für die eigentlichen Hotelgäste ist es aber sehr mühsam, die Anlage mit Horden von zusätzlichen Menschen teilen zu müssen. Am Abend fuhren jeweils mehrere grosse Busse die Leute wieder vom Gelände weg. - Am Pool ist es tagsüber recht laut (Animation auf Spanisch). - Trotz neu renoviertem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht sehr gut. Sie schaffte es auch nicht, den Raum wirklich zu entfeuchten, was man überall merkte. - Das Check-in dauerte sehr lange. Kein Wunder, dass es teilweise lange Schlangen vor dem Schalter gab. - Der überaus kleine Fitnessraum ist für ein Hotel in dieser Grösse ein Witz. Von insgesamt fünf Ausdauergeräten waren zwei mit "out of order" beschriftet und nicht zugänglich. Ein weiteres Gerät liess sich nicht einschalten und bei einem weiteren konnten diverese wichtigen Funktionen nicht betätigt werden."
