Es tut mir leid, dass es Ihnen bei uns nicht gefallen hat. Das Restaurant ist seit 01.02. geschlossen, das stimmt. Die Zimmer waren schön warm, als ich Sie dorthin gebracht habe. Ich habe keine Flecken auf der Bettwäsche gesehen. Wir liegen direkt am Waldrand, da verirrt sich schon der eine oder andere Käfer mal ins Zimmer, vor allem, wenn man das Licht anlässt und die Balkontür öffnet. Kein Personal ist nicht richtig. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt war jemand vor Ort. Sie hätten nur die Klingel an der Rezeption betätigen müssen, sofort wäre jemand bei Ihnen gewesen. Dass Sie, ohne ein Wort zu sagen, das Hotel einfach verlassen haben, fanden wir schon sehr befremdlich und haben wir so auch noch nicht in 40 Jahren Hoteltätigkeit erlebt. Wir hoffen, Sie haben beim Kollegen eine schöne Zeit in Schenkenzell erlebt. Alles Gute für Sie!
