Checked in early for 60$ charge. Room smelled like a public restroom and was muggy. Got upgraded to another room which i appreciate. King room was decent. Smelled somewhat clean. Had a weird old house smell. If you ever been to an antique store then you would know.

Terrrible customer service. Charged extra and no explanation on the fees. When I checked out and looked for answers she answered the phone and completely ignored me. The room we had was very small, not cleaned, tv didn’t work, the AC unit didn’t work, the tub didn’t drain, toilet constantly running, and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on next door. They charge a resort fee yet there was no house keeping apparently that is by request only. Only Good thing about this hotel is the location. My advice stay anywhere but here.

My room smelled like piss, the cover sheets were ripped, and the rooms were really small. The staff member charged me double the parking fee at checkout because he was in a hurry. In general, it was an awful experience overall.

Property was ok. Staff was very friendly and inviting. However, the facilities and room need updating. The shower looked dingy and the elevators broke one night and when operational was very slow.

There wasn’t anything to dislike, the staff were nice and the location convenient. It’s just an older property that’s made to look quirky cool. The elevators are small so that’s somewhat inconvenient. Probably won’t stay there again.
