Location of hotel could not be better for those coming to Luxembourg on a car for a day trip. We left our car in the parking and took a bus to centre (bus stops are about a minute walk away). Room was clean and well serviced. Would recommend!

Mandarina Hotel is right by the bus that can take you into Luxembourg City. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. When I arrived, there was a strange smell in the hall on my floor. My room itself was nice. The hotel is a good option if you are looking to save some money and you don't mind being a twenty-five minute bus ride away from the city.

The excellents - staffs are super friendly and helpful; airport shuttle bus is 24-hour on demand which is superb; the room equips with kettle which is perfect for a chill weather. The okays - the desk is small and the room is quite simple and basic, nothing fancy, but clean; although it said 11 min walk from the airport but the route is not safe to walk.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the proximity to the airport. The hotel although newer, does not seem to have attention to detail. The tv did not fit right. The shower was slippery and it splashed on the floor. The bed mattress was not comfortable and the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking facility.

Very convenient hotel
I really loved the ease of accessibility to the hotel from the airport and also to the city centre and other places. It is just one bus stop away from the airport and had good and frequent bus services right in front of the hotel. This helped our commute even late in the evening. The breakfast served was good too, with many varieties to choose from. Room was clean with all the basic facilities anyone would expect from a good hotel. Overall very happy for selecting this hotel for our short stay in Luxembourg.

Friendly but unclean and noisy
Basic Hotel with friendly staff. Old hairs on the wall of the bathroom, small bugs crawling around kettle, dusty under bed. Thin walls; can’t hear planes but can hear neighbours talking and using toilet as well as everybody using the corridor. Also noisy early in the morning. Loud shower wouldn’t stop dripping all night. Water temperature either scorching hot or cold, overhead shower completely broken.
