We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Del Mare. The hotel itself was within walking distance to the beach, and close to really amazing restaurants by the water. There is also a bus that goes to and from the other marina as well as the main shopping strip. The area is very quiet, and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is included and the food was delicious.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and felt very safe. It was convenient to everything. Tony, the manager on the evening shift who also tended to the bar was exceptional. He made us feel like family. I cannot say enough, nice things about him. The hotel is very lucky to have him as an employee. he went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional.

The only serious complaint we had is it is a very noisy hotel, can hear the other rooms, outside etc. because of this I would find another place to stay when we visit sorrento again

We loved the hotel. The location is superb, plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, including the coffee, which I find sometimes lets a hotel down. The room was spacious and clean. But while it was generally very quiet, there was some noise from the plumbing in the adjoining room. The price for quietness, we were in the basement, is that there is absolutely no outlook, so the windows stayed closed with the blinds down for the whole trip. There also seems to be a problem with the supply of hot water, which was erratic to non existent. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider returning the next time we are in Sorrento
