We switched rooms 2 times. 1. Room was dirty... someone was in it or it wasn't cleaned 2. Room had hair in tub and AC was not working 3. Room was OK

The people were very helpful. My room would not cool off. I looked at the vents. The vents, both in the room and the bathroom, were caked full of dust. This is probably the reason it smelled a little musty.
