We stayed last year in Clearwater in a hotel which was further away. We picked this one as we felt it was closer to good shops and restaurants and also because the room sizes seemed larger. We were very impressed, the resort is centrally located with a good number of restaurants close by. We booked two rooms for our family of 4 - the only frustration was that they do lot have adjourning rooms so I would recommend booking a suite as one of us had to stay in the room with the children. The resort fee covers more than usual - the towels were a good size and could be taken to the beach, there were poolside activities and we managed to catch the 2pm snack. There was also a welcome glass of wine and free water bottles. I would recommend eating at the poolside restaurant, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and they had an extensive gluten free options for my daughter. I had the stuffed avocado and it was one of the best meals I had on holiday. We will definitely be heading back to Clearwater in the future and we will be re-booking this resort.

Very nice. An older property, but well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was good, but pricy. Pool deck cantina had really good food and was cheaper. Good view of the beach and ocean. Overall, very pleased, and would recommend.

The photos of the room we would get showed viewing the ocean/gulf, it said king room with balcony and ocean view All we saw was another hotel directly off our balcony when I called front desk the guy at the the desk named Jordan said oh you just have to turn your head to the left to see the water! Are you kidding me? We won’t stay there again unless there is some type of great compensation!

It was our first time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Very clean and staff was friendly. Views from the hotel were amazing. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be staying there again.

Didnt like that there was no room service, late night dining, and really not a lot of resort type amenities like water sport rentals, etc. The piol was very crowded, the beach was way over crowded and dirty. Hotel smelled like pot in many areas knside and out. I couldnt go.on the balcony because neighbor smoking constantly. Staff was wonderdul though.
