"Clearly the best hotel in Medan. I was staying here for a week and liked everything about it. Attentative staff, very secure place, good location directly next to mall, wonderful room with big and comfy bed, big bathroom, good Restaurants for a reasonable price, and I appreciated most that cleaning service didnt knock the door before 11.30am. Wonderful! "

"First at all I have to admit that I have choosen this place because the brand Mercure should garanty some standart. I have prooven wrong. Beside the unexperianced staff the quality of the place is not reflecting my experiance in other Mercure hotels. The room was really nice/clean. The rest wasn't. One of the most irritating details was the poor breakfast."
