A hotel with superb staff at a great location
"We stayed for 3 nights for family trips, and by far this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Indonesia. The staff is super friendly, always greet all the guest warmly and always try to be helpful. The rooms are nice, and the access to the very big mall is very helpful. Definitely a place where we want to come again."

"Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, modern, luxuriös und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist fantastisch, Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft und bietet eine große Auswahl. Wer in Surabaya unterwegs ist, dem kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
