"Perfekt für einen Besuch im Tierpark Emmen. Fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt erreicht man perfekt zu Fuß. Viele tolle Geschäfte und Bars/ Restaurants in der Nähe. Hotel sehr modern und wie neu. Freundliches Personal. Parken für knapp 10€ die Nacht direkt vor dem Hotel. Möglichkeit E-Bikes zu leihen. "

Top Hotel citynah - unübertroffenes Frühstück

"Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout war alles hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind modern haben ein gutes Lichtkonzept, bequeme Betten ansprechendes Bad mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben wie gewünscht, ein Balkon Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk erhalten und hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf den Fluss. Selten haben wir so ein gutes Frühstück gesehen mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl, wo auf alle Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen wird, vegan glutenfrei und so weiter. Das Servicepersonal war rundherum freundlich, alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Eine gewünschte Überraschung für den Geburtstag meines Mannes wurde sehr nett umgesetzt. Das Restaurant hat eine hochwertige ansprechende Küche. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag unserseits: die Balkontüren lassen sich aufgrund der hochwertigen Ausführung sehr schlecht schließen. Ein Griffolive außen wäre wünschenswert, damit beim Rauchen der Qualm nicht ins Zimmer zieht. Wir können das Hotel 100 % weiter empfehlen, insbesondere durch die gute Lage stadtnah und direkt am Emsradweg. Für die Fahrräder ist in der Tiefgarage ausreichend Platz vorhanden, so dass sie sicher und trocken stehen inklusive kostenlose Auflademöglichkeit."

"I unfortunately had a very bad experience at the hotel. The reason being : the staff allowed itself to displace my belongings from my room without my permission. As a consequence, my arm clock got lost in the process. This is a huge violation of my privacy. The reasoning behind their action was, as told by them, that I didn’t pay for my stay yet. Whereas in fact it was one of their staff members that told me not to pay at my check-in and that I would be contacted during the week by one of his colleagues. However I wasn’t contacted at all during my stay. Up to the moment when they decided to simply block my access card and displace my belongings. When I went to the lobby, I, for sure immediately paid. But wondered why they didn’t contact me at all, but instead they chose to directly take my belongings out of the room. The staff person at the desk pretended that she had called me several times (when we checked at the call history of their devices, we could see that my number wasn’t called a single time nor did they try to contact me in any other way). However, the manager contacted me a few days after my stay to apologize and to reimburse my lost clock."
