Great location right in the heart of Shinjuku! The room was small (standard in Japan) but very clean and the staff was very friendly, they have check-in machines that can accommodate many different languages. The gozilla decor in the hotel was super cool but unfortunately the gozilla head balcony was not open for viewing during our stay. Nevertheless we had a great stay!

Honestly they ran this hotel into the ground. Used to be so good but now the rooms are dirty and dated, they don't even open the rooftop anymore, and the service has a lot to be desired.

My stay at this hotel was a delightful blend of clean clothes and great company. The coin laundry service was a lifesaver—easy and efficient, making travel life a breeze. The staff? Absolutely top-notch professionals who made every interaction a pleasure. The housekeeping team deserves a shout-out for their attentiveness and helpfulness. My room was always spotless and welcoming! As for the location, it’s a foodie's dream! Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, I never ran out of delicious options. And the nightlife down the street?
