Elevator doesn’t work, room they gave us had no phone, services advertised where non-existent. They charge you for drinks in the fridge in the room. The room had water damage. And when you ask for things like an extra pillow or towel they say they will send it down and then they don’t. The only good thing about this place was the ocean view and the restaurant.

We have to wait for our check in for more than 45 min. They said the room wasn't ready yet they didn't even told that they are sorry. The air conditioning was broken and drop of watter kept going. They fixed when we were there. The sheets were dirty also. The best for the end they gave us used dirty slippers

Hotel is well maintained, clean spacious room. Limited room service with over priced min bar. I was charged a big amount of money just for small snakes, the prices of the mini bar is over 10 times the actual price. Staff are very friendly and willing to help!

No towels were offered in the room No telephone either to call the reception . i asked for it . i never received . smells cigarette in the hallway that i can smell in the room. This motel no even hotel with nice room terrible management . parking u have to park in the street and walk to the hotel . breakfast ? 😂 no restaurant . stay in ur room and the will bring it over . i did not event bother wait. This place for one night stay if u have a hookup .sorry this was my opinion last thing the night manager tried to jack the price about 90 dollars but i booked via hotel.com for better rate.

The hotel is really great. Friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The location has great views and there are several restaurants in very close proximity. I highly recommend.
