"Uns hat es als Familie insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Was definitiv zu teuer war ist der SPA Bereich, ich denke bei den Hotelpreisen müsste es im Preis inklusive sein,wie bei den meisten Hotels.Im Zimmer fehlt definitiv ein Kühlschrank und wenn man Kinder dabei hat,ein größeres Bett. Wir wurden zwar später darauf hingewiesen, ein zusätzliches Bett wäre aber kostenpflichtig. In der Buchung,als ich es durchgeführt habe, steht das 1-2 Kinder frei sind,das bedeutet für mich das die Betten dementsprechend gross sind. DAS Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal super freundlich, das Essen auch sehr gut,aber an den Kritikpunkten sollte man definitiv was ändern. In Straßburg kann man viel unternehmen und besichtigen, es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir waren sehr zufrieden,bis auf die 3 Sachen, die wir jetzt in Kauf genommen haben. "

"ich bin jeden Monat an einem anderen Ort in Straßbourg und muss tatsächlich in ganz vielen Hotels. Das hier ist mit Abstand das beste Hotel das ich je hatte. Vom Check in bis hin zur Abreise war alles perfekt ! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich . Super Frühstück , sehr vielfältig und sehr frisch! Zu meinen Tops war die Ruhe im Zimmer, die tägliche Reinigung und der Top Service beim Frühstück und der Rezeption . Ich werde in Zukunft nur noch dieses Hotel buchen. Danke für die angenehmen und ruhigen 6 Nächte. Grüße ShiShi "
