I enjoyed my stay at this property. The front desk employees are WONDERFUL. So helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I might complain about was the room size. Very small. Other than the size of the room, 5 stars.

Our room was beautiful and very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom spacious. We were on the 5th floor and our hosts made sure to transport our suitcases to our room. No elevator. Will definitely stay there again.

Awesome hotel! Good location. Rooms appeared to be recently updated. Excellent water pressure, AC and comfortable bed! The staff was helpful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was good, never explianed that you might end up on the 4th floor. No water kettle , no iron, no water to drink , tv did not work , To top it all one off the staff had no respect or manners towards there guest . the rest of staff was good . shame that they all get a bad name because of that one guy .

This was a beautiful Villa setting with private patios as well as Garden Seating for Breakfasts. We were surrounded with beautiful shrubbery and numerous fruit trees! Most importantly, the staff were so accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to help their guests. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I guess we were in shoulder season, but our first two nights we were steaming hot in our room. When we asked at the front desk they said no air-conditioning since they already switched it to heat for the season. Our only choice was to open the windows and get bit by by mosquitoes. The staff was surly and dismissive. Then miraculously the third night the air conditioning was on and we couldn't turn it off. Fortunately that was our last night. The area was not too noisy, probably because it was shoulder season, but it was very touristy. Same could be said for all of Venice however. We wont be back.

Space was tastefully decorated but it was small and unwelcoming. Upon arrival we were told you are wrong spot you must come to reception which is across the street in a different hotel on the second story. Breakfast was just as welcoming upon arrival we are told you must leave by 10:15. I thought this is the hospitality business. It felt like visiting a neurotic uncles home.

This property is places in a such a convenient location. It’s close to train , boats and main attractions. Plenty of options of restaurants, gelatos 😊.. I haven’t seen the elevator to the rooms, people have walking difficulties might have issues. Other than that everything is really good.

This was an amazing hotel, conveniently located 1 block of the grand canal, on a great street. Check in and out was easy, room was very nice and clean. We loved staying here in Venice, will be back for sure.

An excellent Venetian destination. Walkable and very convenient to S. Lucia Station. Cannaregio is fantastic and perhaps less crowded than other Venice neighborhoods. Staff was very helpful and attentive in all respects. Rooms are simple from an American perspective, but very nice and completely adequate. No elevator so pack light! Highly recommended.

We spent 3 nights here during a vacation from Athens to Venice. The hotel and staff were lovely. The bed was sooo comfortable!! The room is rather small (I’m an American from Texas where everything is bigger!) but had everything you need. There are only things I wished it had (1) a place to put your things (clothes drawers of some sort) and (2) hangers for pants (there were only shirt hangers). We traveled with another couple and there are small tables and chairs in the hallways for visiting with neighbors that were great. The hotel is 2 minutes from a wine store where you can fill ANY bottle with wine of your choice. We did that and then hung out in the hallway multiple times. There are bakeries, coffee bars, restaurants and shopping literally right outside the hotel front door. The hotel is a short 8 minute walk to the train station and a 30 second walk to a water taxi stand. It’s perfect!
