Perfect location, nice hotel, rooms are very small, and bathrooms could do with updating. Breakfast is also very basic, but that’s all I can fault. The location is superb!

This hotel and its staff made for a wonderful stay in Venice! the location is amazing, walkable to everywhere, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is included and delicious. Moreover, all the staff is local, super nice and provided excellent advice on the town. It exceeded my expectations and it provided a wonderful stay in such an extraordinary city. The hotel is a bit tired, the rooms are definitely modest, but the stay was comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. A down side was the AC not being on summer mode yet, meaning the room got very hot when the weather was warm!

The property was very good. However the receptionist was not friendly at all. She was blunt and un empathetic. Not flexible at all in allowing anyone to check in before check in time, which is fine, it was the tone of voice. Also another customers wife was robbed and he was asking for help and she just told him to go to police.

Pleasant Hotel in Venice
Pros: The hotel is very clean and cared for. It is near public transport, and there several dining options nearby. The breakfast is very good with considerable choices. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. Cons: The furnishings are basic college dormitory, the beds are not comfortable. The walls are thin, and the hotel is pretty noisy.

Very basic hotel. Barely any bedding, no safe or fridge in room, tiny shower and products. Stiff beds and pillows. Only booked as we needed somewhere to sleep coming into Venice at 11pm. "Breakfast" was cold hard boiled eggs, some meat slices and stiff croissants - we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere. Budget hotel for sure - would not recommend.
