the check in was easy and Mr Shaja (forget his name) from Bangladesh at the Front Desk make it easy for us. The room very spacious and amenities is all there and our room on the 5th has a great view of Schonbrunn garden. We really like the hotel. Its true you live like a king! the king bed is huge! and there is closet, safe in the room and mini bar and free water upon arrival. coffee and tea maker in the room another plus! keep the good work to the hotel staff and management! would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again here!

Staff was not very helpful and seemed put off if we asked questions. Our rooms did not get cleaned on 2 occasions. It was far from the area where all the sights are and there was nothing much in the area.

Love the hotel , stayed there many times, amazing building and location , and is my first choice when I travel to Vienna , however this time the downside had to ask for extra coat hangers as only had four between two people ! also coffee sachets wern’t replaced during our stay either and had to ask for new shower gel as the one in use was watery.

The hotel is a historic property located close to the famous Schönbrunn palace a little out of the centre of Vienna. It’s clean, quiet and well run, with convenient transport to the centre nearby. Also quite good value, although breakfast was VERY expensive. It advertises itself as an eco hotel, which is great, but there is not much in the way of toiletries etc. We also found the lighting a bit strange. You had to turn all lighting in the room off, so one person couldn’t read while another slept, there was insufficient light in the bathroom to do makeup, and there was insufficient light in the wardrobe area to distinguish one sweater from another.
