The first room smelled like stale smoke but they moved us to another room that smelled much better. Overall comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Cheap and basic hotel
The room had a hard bed and super thin towels. No refrigerator or microwave. No food options open in the casino. Having to show your id every time you walk in and out of the hotel is ridiculous.

Room was great. Could have used a refrigerator and microwave. I drive across country and had a snack from the cooler I travel with. Wanted to eat after my cruise through the casino but no fridge or microwave to utilize.

booked with expedia i got a conformation # from expedia resort did not have our reservation . after 45 min. trying to get in touch with expedia which we could not do . wheeling island great manger solved the problem without expedia

We booked a suite and there was No,fridge,microwave,or coffee pot. When you pay that .uch for a room you expect to have this and front deck was not nice

First, we had to go through a metal detector to enter. I set off the detector and was told to leave my luggage and walk through it again. I didn't set off the detector so I was told it was ok. They never searched the luggage to see why it went off...... Why bother with a detector if you're not checking?? Second, when I approached the check in counter, the lady who was working was down right rude.i said hello and said I was checking in and gave her my last name. She rudely stated "I need the ID of the person whose name it's under." I handed her my ID and then she handed it back without looking at me and stated "your room isn't ready." When I finally asked her an approximate time frame she said "maybe 30-40 minutes" I had to wheel my luggage around the casino until the room was ready. Not so much as an apology, please, thank you... nothing!! Had to go through security and metal detector every time we left and came back to the casino. Will not be returning!!!!!
