"Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again ..."

"We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. ..."
