We have stayed here before and have enjoyed our visit also. The hotel is a five minute walk From the Hauptbahnhof and 20 mins from the Bundestag and brandenburg gate. We were early so left our cases in the secure storage until the evening. We were advised the quieter times to check in but there is an additional auto check in. The staff are friendly and helpful as always. Our room was standard as we are only sleeping and showering there so didn’t need a fancy room. It was spotless and has a good hot shower, it was warm too as it was a bit chilly this last week in Berlin. We had the breakfast option, there is lots of choice and it’s frequently replenished catering for every taste. The only gripe was the bed and overly soft pillows but no bed is going to be as good as your own and extra pillows are available from reception. Another good stay and I am sure we will be enjoying another soon.

Another really good Intercity Hotel stay

Like all Intercity hotels, the Berlin hotel is only a few yards from the main station, which means it's a great hub for exploring Berlin. The fact that all Intercity hotels offer a ticket for free public travel on trains, buses and trams can't be understated - we used ours every day, including on the train back to the airport. A big shame that there's no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room or extra bedding. Adding these would make a really good hotel experience a great one. Our room overlooked one of the station platforms, which was great. Staff were really helpful, so many thanks from us.

The location is just by the central station. My only complain is the bed and the pillow. I have to fold the pillow to at least get and feel the support of the pillow. No cushion.

Great location, close to the train station. Close to everything actually, walkable distance to main attractions. The property itself is clean, quiet, and the staff is courteous and respectful. The breakfast is fully packed with fresh and delicious foods. The big bus stop is with in 2 minutes, (we utilized this to go to all of the attractions)I highly recommend to stay here.

Bra men väldigt varmt

Läget är bra och hotellet är bra också så ingenting att klaga på. Men hotellet måste få ordning på värmesystemet det var som en bastu på rummet vilket gör det olidligt att sova. Fönstret gick att öppna lite men ljudet utanför blev väldigt störande då. Förstår att temperaturen skiljer hur man vill ha det men varje rum måste kunna reglera värmen själv och detta fungerade inte.
